Deliverit Software’s support team provides an after hours telephone support service to all its licensed clients. Each member of our support team has an extensive background in IT and has direct involvement in the continual development of Deliverit’s POS software. As a result, we are able to provide quick and concise support to our clients as and when requested. We also provide remote access support where appropriate. Remote access support enables Deliverit to access our client’s computers to sort out any problems as soon as possible. If required, we also provide onsite support, which means a member of our support team will visit our client’s business to assess any issue and provide a swift resolution.
